Employers and recruitment agencies that hire migrant workers carry real responsibility for how those workers are treated, from the recruitment fee they are charged to the conditions they live and work in. ILSI works with employers who want to meet that responsibility credibly, not just on paper.
What ILSI offers employers
We advise on responsible recruitment practices consistent with the Employer Pays Principle, run supply-chain due diligence reviews for labour agencies and host employers, and help build worker-voice mechanisms so problems surface before they escalate. Employers that meet our standards can apply for ILSI accreditation, a public signal to workers, governments and buyers that a recruitment channel has been independently reviewed.
