ILSI — International Legal Support and Investment

Procurement

How ILSI sources goods and services, our supplier standards, and how to register interest in supplying ILSI or its corridor programmes.

ILSI procures goods and services — from office and IT infrastructure to training, translation, and local implementation support in its pilot corridors — under standards consistent with its wider institutional commitments.

Our procurement standards

  • Suppliers are expected to meet the same anti-corruption standards ILSI applies to itself — see our anti-corruption policy.
  • Where a supplier's own workforce includes migrant workers, ILSI expects responsible recruitment practices consistent with our guidance for employers.
  • Contracts above an internal threshold are subject to competitive tender wherever practical, particularly for corridor programme delivery.

Registering interest

Suppliers interested in working with ILSI, particularly in our active pilot corridors, can register interest through this page with details of their organisation, services offered, and relevant experience. ILSI will retain supplier details in line with our privacy policy and make contact when a relevant procurement opportunity arises.

Why our own procurement standards matter

An institution that asks employers to meet responsible recruitment standards, described in responsible recruitment, should be able to show the same discipline in how it sources its own goods and services. This is particularly relevant for local suppliers in Nepal and destination-country corridors, where ILSI's own procurement choices can either reinforce or undermine the standards we ask employers and recruitment agencies to meet.

Categories of supplier we work with

ILSI's supplier needs span both routine institutional operations and corridor-specific programme delivery, and both categories are held to the same procurement standards described above, regardless of contract size or location.

  • Office and IT infrastructure providers supporting ILSI's UK, Nepal and corridor liaison offices.
  • Translation and interpretation services supporting casework and pre-departure orientation in multiple languages.
  • Training providers delivering pre-departure and reintegration programme content.
  • Local implementation partners supporting specific corridor activities under the Nepal pilot.

How to register interest

Provide a short description of your organisation, the services you offer, relevant prior experience, and the corridor or location you are able to serve. There is no cost to register, and registering does not guarantee a contract opportunity will arise, though it does mean ILSI's procurement team will consider your organisation whenever a relevant opportunity is being scoped in your corridor or service category.
